Tournament Host Responsibilities
Participant Data Management
Tournament hosts act as data controllers for participant information, with SportSoftware serving as processor. Hosts must comply with this Policy and GDPR requirements. Non-compliant hosts receive 30-day cure notices before account termination, or immediate termination for severe violations.
Permitted Data Collection
Hosts may collect only tournament-essential data (e.g., eligibility verification like age or location) and may request supporting documentation.
Prohibited: Hosts cannot request sensitive information (political views, religious beliefs, passport numbers, credit cards, social security numbers) through our Features.
Security Obligations
Hosts must implement appropriate security measures protecting Sport Software and Platform users from unauthorized data access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Report Policy violations to support@sportsoftware.ai.
